Ducie Court Block A has reached practical completion with student operator The Sanctuary Group taking possession of the building and accepting their first residents ahead of the forthcoming academic year. Block A is the first of three buildings to be constructed on the site located on the corner of Denmark Road and Burleigh Street. Blocks B and C are currently in the early stages of construction ahead of completion in August 2013.
